Each item at Floral Is Dead is handcrafted with care. As a result, all sales are final except in the case of damage during transit.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging. Upon approval, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

No Returns: We do not accept returns for unwanted items, change-of-mind, or minor aesthetic variations.

Customs and International Orders: Any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will not be issued for items delayed or returned due to unpaid duties.
